Work Experience:

Production Director  August 2021 – Present

Sevier Heights Baptist Church – Knoxville, TN

 

  • Strategically leads the Production Ministry in a way that glorifies God.

  • Oversaw an in-house production project that required over one million dollars’ worth of audio, lighting, and stage upgrades.

  • Plans for and executes three Sunday services that reach an average of 4,000 people in-person and online.

  • Collaborates with church leadership in planning meetings to develop innovative ways to elevate Sunday services.

  • Works with vendors to rent and install tech equipment in preparation for on and off campus events.

  • Oversees all AVL equipment across both campuses and ministry-specific areas.

  • Clearly and effectively communicates with the team to make last-minute changes during the services.

  • Develops Production Ministry by investing in and growing volunteers and staff members professionally and spiritually.

  • Fosters an environment of continuous improvement within the ministry by providing constructive feedback and encouragement to staff members.

  • Managed inventory of all technical assets across campuses, main offices, and storage facilities.

  • Identified and explored tech opportunities within services that enhanced the overall worship experience.

  • Oversaw the implementation and repair of live production equipment.

  • Planned for and executed on campus events that required technical involvement.
